Sleep Health Organization is a non-profit organization based in Hong Kong, dedicated to enhancing public awareness of the importance of sleep health and promoting collaboration across society in prevention, education, and research — translating research into meaningful life modification.
The Association believes that good sleep is the foundation of overall health and quality of life. It directly impacts physical health, physiological health, mental health, and functional performance in daily living and work, and therefore deserves greater attention and protection. By bringing together healthcare professionals, academic researchers, enterprises, and community partners. We aim to build a stronger ecosystem that supports healthier sleep habits at both individual and societal levels.
The Association actively promotes early identification and timely intervention of sleep disorders, while advocating for evidence-based healthy sleep habits and practical environmental adjustments that support long-term well-being.
